My ‘should have gone to Specsavers’ moment.

This was a recruitment campaign for the police, but it became one of those things people say to each other IRL (enter the vernacular, anyone?).

To this day people send me headlines that use it, an MP said it in parliamentary debate, and if you drop a particularly rubbish story at a BBQ in New Zealand, someone will turn down the Fat Freddy’s just to hit you with it.
